Alltel Wireless Affinity Program

Alltel offers a 15% discount on most rate plans and can be renewed as long as you are employed by the State of Michigan.  

MCO members interested in new service should contact the following Alltel Representatives, depending on the area code in which you are calling from.

For all 989 and 616 area codes contact Amy Spica at (616) 550-3420 or e-mail her at amy.spica@alltel.com.

For the area code 906 contact Nylee Osborn at (920) 585-7000 or e-mail her at nylee.osborn@alltel.com.  

Existing Alltel customers simply need to e-mail their name and cell phone number(s) to the proper Alltel Representative.  Discounts will be applied within 30 days.  As an added benefit to dealing directly with Alltel's Affinity Representatives, you qualify for waived activation fees and a 10% discount off of accessories.
