Bylaws are guiding rules that ensure we handle our business, such as meetings and elections, in an ethical and consistent manner. MCO’s bylaws can only be changed by a majority vote of the MCO Central Committee, MCO’s highest governing body.
SEIU, MCO's parent union, also establishes bylaws.
